As you plan your attendance at the upcoming conference in the Republic of Azerbaijan, we want to provide you with detailed information on the visa application process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Types of Visas:

Single Entry Visa: This type of visa is valid for up to 90 days, allowing a single entry-exit during this period.

Multiple Entry Visa: Participants may opt for a multiple entry visa, offering a validity period of up to 2 years. This allows for multiple entries into the country during the specified timeframe.

Single or Double Transit Visa: Designed for those transiting through Azerbaijan to a third country. The transit visa is valid for 30 days, with a maximum stay of 5 days.

Visa Categories and Purposes:

Diplomatic and Service Entry Visas: Reserved for individuals visiting Azerbaijan for official purposes.

Ordinary Entry Visa: This visa is suitable for various purposes, including business, science, education, labor, tourism, cultural and sports events, humanitarian efforts, personal travel, and medical treatment.

Electronic Visas (ASAN Visa):

Issued within 3 business days for a stay of up to 30 days (single entry) or 90 days (multiple entry).

An expedited processing option is available within 3 hours via the official website www.evisa.gov.az, regardless of non-working days and holidays.

Since May 15, 2018, single electronic visas can be obtained at international airports in Azerbaijan in special cases.
