Within the framework of the conference, the book "Sustainable Development and Green Innovation: Managing Risk through Interdisciplinary Approaches and Policy Strategies" will be published in collaboration with ISCEMR and Emerald Publishing House, renowned for its prestige in the publishing world. Upon publication, the book will be indexed in numerous international academic platforms, notably the SCOPUS platform. Researchers are invited to submit a research abstract on this topic by April 30, 2024, and a full article version by June 30, 2024, selecting from the subject headings provided below. There is no cost associated with publication; all expenses are covered by the conference. Full writing guidelines will be provided to researchers whose abstracts are accepted later. Researchers who want to publish in the book are kindly requested to send their chapter abstract to info@iscemr.com email address, stating "Publish for Emerald" in the email title.

Special Issue on Green Management and Sustainabilty
The aim of the Special Issue: Sustainable development meets the needs of the present without reducing the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
The main pillars of sustainability are economic development, social development, and environmental protection. A multidisciplinary approach to these issues is the focus of this special issue. The studies that appear in the special issue, in the form of case studies and research findings, are designed to promote environmental awareness at individual and group level.
The environmental and social problems discussed and presented in this special issue are global in nature and help to understand the complexity of the issue by presenting international examples. The solutions presented provide relevant information from both an educational and practical perspective, helping to understand the issue of sustainability, highlighting its importance and emphasizing the need for everyone to contribute to solving this global challenge, starting from a local approach, according to their own capacities.
The special issue takes a complex approach to the issue of sustainability and green management, in an economic and social science context, in the light of concrete research results, aiming at a practical approach to possible solutions to the megatrend under discussion. Special Issue will be indexed in SCOPUS (Q1).
Among the full papers presented at the conference, those chosen by the scientific committee and deemed appropriate for the subject of the special issue will be selected for publication. It is paramount that the selected articles encompass multidisciplinary perspectives, employ rigorous analytical methods, and address contemporary topics. Following their presentations at the conference, authors will be afforded additional time until 25 June 2024 to implement necessary revisions and incorporate suggested improvements into their paper .
This special issue will be published in collaboration framework ISCEMR – 24 and Acta Polytechnica Hungarica.
